Vintage Ideal Toy Company "Flexy Sue" Doll

Item Details

A vintage Ideal Toy Company ‘Flexy Sue’ doll. This doll has a composition swivel head that features molded hair, hand painted side glance eyes and a painted pouty mouth. The arms and legs are made from poseable tubular wire mesh, connecting the oversized composite hands to a wooden torso and to the dolls large black wooden feet. This little girl is dressed in a gingham checked blouse with gray pants. The back of her head is marked ‘Ideal’.

Condition

- doll has soiled and rubbed fingertips with crazing and cracks to the composite head and hands consistent with age, display, and play wear.
