Item Details
A Celio Marco del’Pont framed etching plate and aquatint. The metal plate depicts the back of a woman seated in a chair with her hair portrayed as a blossoming tree. The plate is unsigned. It is presented in a black wood frame with painted metallic silver rim. The colored aquatint features the same image in reverse in palette of greens, yellow and rust accents. It is numbered 3/5, signed and dated 2004 in pencil to the lower. Celia Marco del’Pont (Argentinian – dates unknown) works in mixed media with digitally manipulated photographs and etchings.
