Late Qing Dynasty Hand Embroidered Padded Jacket

Item Details

A late Qing dynasty hand embroidered padded jacket. The royal purple jacket has a high collar, Peking knot frog closures, and hand stitched cream colored floral embroidery. The embroidery continues down the front, over the shoulders, around the collar, and around the cuffs.

Consistent with age; wear to fabric around the margins; general discoloration; separation occurring at seams
