A hand-knotted, wool Bokhara area rug. It features a palette of vermillion red, maroon, black, taupe and deep indigo, having a series of red octagonal medallions in the center surrounded by a series of red and maroon framed borders. Borders have crosshatching patterns. It has a short, natural wool warp fringe to either end. Unmarked.
