KLM House-Shaped Ceramic Bottles
Item Details
A collection of five vintage ‘KLM houses’. These white and blue ceramic figural bottles, each depicting a row house in a different design, were originally filled with Rynbende genever liquor and distributed by KLM airlines. Each bottle is marked ‘KLM’ and ‘Rynbende Distilleries Holland’; three of the bottles retain a label reading ‘Simon Rynbende & Sons Schiedam – Holland Jorge Jenever By Appointment to H.R.H. The Prince of the Netherlands’.
Condition
- residual liquor odor; two bottles have label residue; three bottles missing corks; some surface wear and marks.
