Item Details
An outstanding, vintage handwoven flat weave Romanian area rug. A rectangular red bordered area rug with a large black field, featuring stylized, elongated floral patterns throughout, in shades of blue, mocha, contrasting white, taupe, red and mauve. The wide primary border repeats the pattern in the same colorway. Hand-knotted cotton fringe is found at either end. Finely woven. Tagged to the underside.
