A triptych using enamel on metal, titled Annunciation by enamelist Kate Neufeld (1905-2004). This work features three depictions of the Virgin Mary, including her visitation from the angel Gabriel, and meeting with her cousin Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptist. The pieces are presented in a tower-shaped wood frame, with a wire to the verso for hanging. There is a label with the title and artist’s name to the bottom front, and a pencil notation with the same to the verso, as well as a tag from the New Museum of American Art noting that it was deaccessioned from their collection. Included with this work is a hard bound collection catalogue from the New Britain Museum of American Art.

- some light wear to frame and edges of enamels; collection catalogue is worn.
