Carl Sorensen Bronze Bowls
Item Details
A collection bronze bowls by Swedish designer Carl Sorensen. This collection features a bronze bowl and lid with bronze leaf finial knob and hand tooled striped detail. Also a small round plate with a bronze hand tooled detail to the rim. The pieces are signed on the underside “Carl Sorensen” with bronze and a stylized ‘S.’ Carl Sorensen is noted for his metal wares made during the early 1900’s. He worked mostly in bronze with this distinguished verdigris patina finish. Also included is a bronze trinket box with a stylized knob over wood. Marked to the underside ‘1104.’
