19th Century American Coin Silver Spoons
Item Details
A pair of 19th century coin silver spoon. These features pointed obal bowls, extended shoulders and narrow stems. One, marked ‘W. Russell’, features a tipped exaggerated fiddle handle, and the other, marked ‘T. Gowdey’, features a tipped broad fiddle handle. These are unidentified marks of mid-19th-century American silversmiths. There are personalized engravings to each handle. The total approximate weight is 0.995 ozt.
