Sterling and Coin Silver Tableware Including Asprey & Co.
Item Details
An assortment of sterling and coin silver tableware. This group of five pieces includes a Baldwin & Miller dish with repoussé gadroon trim and an Asprey & Co. British sterling dish. The Asprey & Co. piece is stamped with London hallmarks, which dates to 1968. The lot also includes a Russian coin silver bowl with ball feet featuring the maker’s mark of ‘AK’, possibly for Antip Kuzmichev, the 84 zoloniki, the Moscow city mark, and an assay mark dated for 1873. This piece tested at coin silver. Also included are two sterling silver cups with etched Judaica designs around the sides and gold washed interiors. The coin silver weighs 1.40 ozt and the remaining sterling weighs 3.91 ozt.

- minor surface scratches; some tarnish, especially to footed bowl.
