Porcelain Nippon Mayonnaise Bowl and Jam Jar Cover
Item Details
A porcelain mayonnaise bowl by Nippon and a lidded jam jar cover. The footed mayonnaise bowl and underplate have a hand-painted pink floral design and gilt trim. Also included is a jam jar cover and underplate with pink rose designs and ornate gilt detailing. the hole in the base of the cover was used to push the jar or can of evaporated milk out of the cover.
Condition
- to fair; previous repaired cracks and chips; some gold tone paint fading.
