A hand knotted Chinese art deco area rug. The blue field has a nature pattern of flowers, birds and butterflies in a palette of blues, reds and greens. The rug has a broken border in a similar palette. The main border has a twined vine pattern on a blue field. The rug has a natural warp fringe to either end. The rug has a tag to the reverse indicating it is an art deco rug made in China.
