Antique Brass and Bone Snuff Bottle With Turquoise Accents

An antique Chinese snuff bottle. This ornately decorated piece features a black bone body with brass frame and stopper. Piece is studded by round turquoise cabochons throughout and has lion head detailing to each shoulder.

Collected in the late 19th and early 20th century and donated to a Private Midwestern Institution in 1938
