Chinese Carved White Jade Hair Ornament
Item Details
An early 20th century Chinese carved white jade hair ornament. The ornament has swirl carving on the upper half and a straight blade on the bottom to be inserted in hair arrangements. Accession number attached-1938.0056.
Provenance
Collected in the late 19th and early 20th century and donated to a Private Midwestern Institution in 1938
