Chinese Wood Dragon Belt Hook

Item Details

An early 20th century Chinese carved wood belt hook. The belt hook has a button on the reverse and the dragon head curves up on the top to form a hook. The buckle is decorated with another dragon standing on the top. An unusual medium for these hooks to be carved in, with a burled aesthetic to the wood. Accession number 1938.0061.
