A Fine Chinese White Jade Carved Dragon Belt Hook

Item Details

An early 20th century Chinese jade belt hook in the form of a dragon with a smaller dragon form swimming on top. The belt hook has a button on the reverse and the dragon head is curved up to form a hook. The underside has a museum inventory number painted ‘1938.0066’ alongside an affixed paper label.

Condition

An antique Chinese carved light green jade buckle. The buckle has a button on the reverse and the dragon head curves up on the top to form a hook. The buckle is decorated with another dragon standing on the top. 1938.0066
