Irish Georgian Style Dining Room Set
Item Details
An Irish Georgian style dining table and chairs. The mahogany table features a checkered inlaid table top, a carved apron with foliate accents, and carved cabriole legs with scrolled designs and paw feet. The table has a semi-gloss finish with three different colored wood stains in the inlaid design. There are two armchairs and six side chairs. The chairs feature fiddle backs with scrolled accents and carved headrests, light blue velour seats, fluted arms with scrolled handles, carved cabriole legs with scrolled accents and paw feet in the front and saber legs with square feet in the back. The two leaves have been secured to the table with wood planks screwed into the apron. The furniture is not marked. For a companion piece see item 17BOS032-177.
