A framed signed acrylic seaside painting. The subject of the painting is a coastal village, where the thatched roof houses meet the water. The tide has receded leaving the boats resting on dry land. The work is signed by the artist in the lower right corner reading, ‘K. Lang’ and is framed in a wooden frame with wire on the verso for hanging.

Wear consistent with use and age; some wear on painted surface of frame, several light scuffs on painting
