An original hand-colored black ink landscape etching on wove paper by an anonymous artist. The painting depicts an expansive landscape where a pair of deer graze peacefully in a marshy setting below a tuft of massive trees. A glowing orange, yellow, and blue landscape fills the sky behind the piece, illuminating the scene in a wash of color. The print is unsigned. It is double-matted in brick red and forest green and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with sponged black and silver tone finish and a hanging wire.
