A collector’s assortment of commemorative medals, tokens and ornaments. Featured are six Franklin Mint Christmas card medallions (1973 and 1974), three 2013 American Mint ‘Symbols of Freedom’ silver plated medallions with Swarovski inlays, a 2009 Proof Abe Lincoln 24K gold plated medallion (Presidential Dollar Trials), 1969 Apollo XII medal, five 1972-1976 American Revolution Bicentennial medals with First Day Covers, two 2007 First Spouse Series bronze medals (Martha Washington, Abigail Adams), three U.S. Mint pewter reproductions of ’America’s First Medals’ (Washington Before Boston, General Daniel Morgan, Major Henry Lee) and 1977 and 1979 Franklin Mint bronze calendar/art medallions. Also included are oversize replica United States coins, and wooden nickels and base metal tokens for gaming, sports, presidential, Ohio, trade, transportation, tax, and amusement. Advertising tokens include 1933 Ford (Thirty Years) and Kendall Oil. Two 1880s medals and two 2013 one pound copper bullion bars are included. Completing the lot are collector’s Christmas ornaments including 2000 Waterford crystal ornament, two 1974 International Pewter ornaments, and two 1975 and 1976 International Silver silver plated Santa ornaments. Also included is a United States Mint press planchet collar. There are over 100 items in the collection.
