After Douglas Adams Lithograph "The Drive"

A lithograph on paper of an original painting by Douglas Adams (1853-1920) titled The Drive. The print depicts four golfers on a course with a mountainous landscape in the background. The print is signed in plate to the lower left corner and is titled to the lower middle in plate. Mounted under a double layer of red and off-white matting, the print is presented under glass in a brown and gold tone wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and an informative decal are present to the verso of the frame. A British artist, Adams is best known for his paintings of Highland landscapes often featuring sporting elements.
Condition
- to fair; minor edge wear on the frame, slight water damage on print and the paper, residue near bottom left corner of the print paper, toning of print paper; torn paper backing.
