A decorative offset lithographic reproduction after the original contemporary yachting painting titled Cicely, 1908, by artist William Matthews (20th century). The image depicts an early 20th-century yachting event on the high seas, under a stormy, overcast sky. There is no artist signature visible. The print is mounted behind a printed texture gray mat, under acrylic glass in a wood frame with cast molding and an antiqued gold tone finish with a wire to the verso.
