The mixed metal sculpture depicts a deer with a very large rack of antlers from the shoulders up, presented on a cubic black marble-look base. The sculpture is part of Kitty Cantrell’s “Endangered Wildlife Collection”, one of the “Legends Matched Number Sets” designed exclusively for Starlight Studios. This sculpture is marked 779/950.

Kitty Cantrell spent her childhood in the California Mojave Desert where “she became acutely aware of the rhythms of nature”. She strives to capture the essence of each animal she depicts in her sculpture and original artworks. She has been selected for several notable commissions throughout her career.
