Dansk "Nordic Garden" Porcelain Dinner Service

A Dansk porcelain dinner service set, in the pattern Nordic Garden. Included in the set are nine dinner plates, nine salad plates, nine bowls, a small serving bowl, and a covered creamer pitcher and covered sugar bowl. The dishes feature a pattern of aqua lattice, with clusters of brightly colored flowers to the centers of the plates, in a palette of periwinkle, cobalt blue, violet, and dark orange with green leaves. The soup bowls have the flowers around the rims, atop the green lattice, and the serving dish and the creamer and sugar set have the flowers around the sides. The undersides of the dishes are marked ‘Dansk International Designs Ltd. Nordic Garden Porcelain VRM NR Portugal – Microwave Safe’.
