An oil painting on canvas of a Tonalist landscape signed by Austrian-born artist F. Kaiser. This hazy landscape features a water stream surrounded by marshy foliage, trees, and fences. A small wood shack is situated to the left, and a narrow winding path recedes into the distant hills toward some faintly visible town architecture. A descriptive label and short bio of the artist from W.T. Burger Co. are present to the verso. The painting is signed to the lower left and is presented in a simple gray wood frame.

- some scratches, stains, and discoloration throughout frame; chips presents in upper right corner of frame; paper remnants present to verso; faint brown stain present in upper left area of canvas; small brown mark present slightly right of central canvas area.
