Antique Porcelain Bowl and Plates

A selection of an antique porcelain bowl and five plates, along with a silver plate platter. The beautiful bowl is a hand painted French Limoges T & V, designed in a deep form in a pale green glaze with red orange poppy decoration and a wide gilded scalloped border to the top. The plates include a chinoiserie style Theodore Haviland Limoges France plate with red orange border decorated with white flowers and to the center an Oriental still life and landscape vignette; a hand painted Victorian plate with a photographic portrait medallion of an older woman, framed by wild roses in pink and yellow, and pink and purple lilacs and poppies; a D&C French plate with pale yellow border accented with gilded lines and leaves and featuring two hand painted birds to opposite sides and an Empire China plate with red, pink and yellow roses and gilded borders.
