Late 20th-Century Chinese Temple Rubbing on Paper of Processional Scene
Item Details
A Chinese rubbing on paper of a processional scene, dated 1981. To the lower left margin is a graphite inscription in Chinese and English, stating, ‘Tang Dynasty rubbing from Donlleuer’s China Trip 1981, purchased in Beijing’. Housed in a wood frame under acrylic glass. To the verso is a gallery label.
Condition
- minor wear to the frame; wrinkling to the paper is expected due to how thin the material is.
