Vintage Silver-Plated Candleholders and Salt and Pepper Set
Item Details
A group of silver-plated décor items. The group includes a salt and pepper shaker set and a matched pair of candleholders. The shaker set features a Buddha figure and a pagoda; these are marked ‘5NK/CPO Made in Occupied Japan.’ Candleholders are tulip-shaped with gold-washed sconces, floral and foliate pressed detail on the sides, and round pedestal bases; they are unlabeled. Items come in original wood boxes, one of which is marked ‘Certificate of Permitted Manufactures/Ministry of Commerce and Industry.’
Condition
- surface scratches; items could benefit from cleaning; some loss to silver-plated finish.
