Fred Messersmith Framed Original Watercolor Coastal Landscape
Item Details
A framed original watercolor by Fred Messersmith. The painting depicts sand dunes with all blades of sea grass. Painted in Messersmith’s (1924-2009) simplistic modernist style, the blades of grass are in earth-tone shades. The work is signed in the lower left corner by the artist’s hand in red paint. It is matted and framed behind glass in a laminate wooden frame with wire on the back for hanging.
Condition
The frame is chipped on the corner.
