An antique hand knotted Persian Heriz area rug. This rug features an intricate design overall in reds and blues with a large sized center medallion with cut corners. The rug has a geometric floral design in primarily red and blue tones with beige, light blue and off-white hues. The compound border has a coordinating floral design in primarily blues with an off white, red and black border. There is short cotton fringe to either end and is unmarked.
