A collection of Silver and Bronze Age comics from the publisher D.C. This collection is composed of thirteen comics and contains issues 139-142 (July 1968 – January 1969), 144 (May 1969), 146-150 (September 1969 – May 1970), 155-156 (March – May 1971) and 159 (November 1971) from the comic series Star Spangled War Storieswhich created fictional events happening during the First and Second World Wars. The comics are held in protective plastic sleeves.
Condition
- to fair; various degrees of light to moderate wear to the spines and covers of the comics; many of the issues are warped; pen marks on the back of issues 139, 140, 142, 144, 149, 155 and 159; various degrees of page yellowing; the comics are protected from further wear by being held in plastic sleeves.
