Item Details
An original Chinese ink brush landscape painting on brown paper. Calligraphed characters are inscribed to the upper middle. The image depicts several men traveling by boat and by foot to see a wise man at the top of a hill. This painting is mounted behind aged coordiniating matting, under glass in a weathered wood frame, equipped to hang. A Closson Gallery sticker is attached to the verso.
Condition
- notable discoloration across painting and matting. Finish of frame is very worn.
