1892 Great Britain Gold Sovereign Victoria Jubilee

An 1892 Great Britain gold sovereign commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. The obverse depicts Victoria looking left, surrounded by a Latin legend; the reverse depicts St. George mounted on horseback slaying a dragon. Reverse designed by Benedetto Pistrucci. The coin is presented by the International Numismatic Society in a fitted plastic case. Composition 91.67% gold. Approximate diameter 22.05 mm; approximate weight 7.32 grams.
