A hand-knotted Turkish Caucasian Village accent rug. This accent rug features two gul medallions in hues of rose, cream, maroon, brown and orange highlighted by black linework. The medallions are contrasted by a patterned burgundy outer layer extending to a dark blue ground. The rug is complete with a patterned compound border and a short flat weave to either end leading to natural warp fringe. The rug is unmarked.
