A ’Widow’s Mite’ bronze coin. This coin was minted in the Holy Land during the reign of King Alexander Jannaeus 103-76 B.C.E. Symbols on the coin include an anchor to one side and a star with eight rays to the opposite side. The coin comes encapsulated inside a folder with background information and a certificate of authenticity signed by Robin L. Danziger, a member of the A.N.A. Diameter approximately 12.7 mm. Condition: Fair.
