A novelty oil and electric lamp. The lamp has a tall, round shape, and is made of brass tone metal. The center has a cage-like design, with faux plants and gold tone Venus statue in the middle. The lamp is designed so that when the light is on, oil is heated and runs through wires running vertically around the cage, making it appear as if it is raining. No maker’s marks.
