Late 20th-Century Acrylic Painting on Paper "Saratoga Hills"

An acrylic painting on paper with deckled edges titled Sarasota Hills, created in 1988. This work depicts a landscape with a road climbing up a series of hills. Consisting of vibrant colors, forms are delineated with dark outlines and large gestural brushstrokes in this expressionistic portrayal of the subject. No signature was found on the work; handwriting to the verso reads “Sarasota Hills from the Lustenaders, Sarasota, CA 12/12/88 Where you can see the air”. The painting is not mounted and is presented unframed.

Condition

- pinholes along the paper edges from previous mounting.
