Semi-Antique Hand-Knotted Persian Area Rug

A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian area rug. This wool rug features large floral motifs in the center, with fern-like designs in the four corners, a palette of orange, dark blue, light blue and gold. There are three unresolved floral border to the outside. Selvedges are overcast, while either end has shorn-away warp fringe. No maker’s marks.
