This plaque commemorates French Army General Henri Giraud (1879-1949) who was captured in both World Wars and escaped both times, he later was awarded with the Legion of Honour. This plaque is made of a cast with a bronze finish and feature Giraud’s portrait, the verso offers description in both English and French.
