A pair of watercolor paintings on paper of nature by artist C. Moe. These two paintings depict abstract compositions of various trees and leaves rendered in a palette of hunter green, navy blue, yellow, gray and olive green. The pools of color are reinforced with energetic outlined brush strokes. To the lower corners of each composition is an artist signature. The paintings are presented under glass beneath single-layered matting in a natural wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- smudging to surface; frame and glass could benefit from cleaning; paper backing stained and ripped.
