A copy of He Said / She Said Comics Presents: The Bill Clinton Story / The Gennifer Flowers Story, signed by Gennifer Flowers. The 1993 “flip book” style comic presents a different cover and story to each side of the comic, both covers drawn by listed American illustrator Drew Friedman (1958). The book is #3 in the He Said / She Said series from First Amendment Publishing and includes stories and art from Chuck Cornbury, Phil Avelli, Strain, Mike Apice, Charles Swinburne and Mark Morales. Gennifer Flowers had gained notoriety in 1992 when she revealed to the media that she had previously had an affair with United States President-elect Bill Clinton; this comic claims to present both sides of that story. The cover is signed in gold marker to the Flowers cover “Kisses, Gennifer Flowers, 2013”. The Bill Clinton cover advertises a “full-color Hillary pin-up” to the centerfold. The item included in this lot comes from The Guccione Collection, sold exclusively through EBTH by digital media company Jerrick. The item originates from the personal archives of Bob Guccione; media mogul, artist, and founder of Penthouse Magazine.
