Chinese Carved Soapstone Seal
Item Details
A Chinese carved soapstone seal. The carved handle of the stamp depicts an elderly man with a beard holding a small baby, surrounded by a mountainous landscape scene and the Chinese character meaning ‘good fortune’ (福). The underside is carved with a circular radiating pattern.

- some chipping near base.
