Pair of Signed Gustave Baumann Offset Lithographs
Item Details
A pair of signed Gustave Baumann offset lithographs. This pair by Gustave Baumann (1881-1971) includes Silver Sky in a lithograph for the Santa Fe Desert Chorale of 1997. It features a blossoming tree next to a bridge over a stream in a palette of yellow, green, beige, gray, and black. It has the piece’s name handwritten to the lower left, and a handwritten signature to the lower right. Also included is Grandma Battin’s Garden, depicting a porch and garden in a palette of yellow, blue, orange, and green. It has the piece’s name and the artist’s name printed to the lower center, with both signed as well. Both are presented in black frames with hanging wire to the verso.
