A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Afshar pictorial area rug. This area rug features a central cross medallion in burgundy, navy, forest green, bright orange, brown and eggshell atop a burgundy field patterned with birds, trees and flower blossoms. The rug has an alternating compound border complete with floral and geometrical designs. The rug has natural warp fringe to either end and is unmarked.
