A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Shiraz area rug. This area rug features three central gul medallions in shades of eggshell, orange, blue, green, navy and eggplant flanked by four medallions in a similar color scheme. The medallions are highlighted by several petite gul designs upon a red field. The rug has a patterned compound border with blue and red selvedge, and natural warp braided fringe. The rug is unmarked.
