A 1879-S Reverse Error Morgan silver dollar. This 1879 Morgan dollar features an 1878 reverse, which had since been redesigned for the next year. It is one of the 2% minted before the error was corrected. Composition 90% copper and 10% silver. Approximate diameter: 38.10 mm; approximate weight 26.73 grams. The coin is presented by the Bradford exchange inside a plastic case with a dark tone wooden box.
