A collection of Bronze Age Marvel Comics. This collection contains issues 1-3 (July – September 1977), 5 (November 1977) and 7-23 (January 1978 – May 1979) of the comic adaptation of the space opera series Star Wars; with issues 1,2,3 and 5 being a direct adaption of the first Star Wars film A New Hope. The standout issues are issues 1 which is the first ever comic book made of the Star War Series and issue 7 (January 1978) which is the first original story created by Marvel Comics. The comics are held in protective plastic sleeves and are further supported with cardboard backings.

Condition

- to fair; various degrees of moderate to heavy wear to the spines and covers; color cracking present on some comics; torn edges on some issues; various degrees of discoloration present; various degrees of page yellowing; inscription in marker on the cover of issue 1; the comics are protected from further wear by being held in plastic sleeves and supported with cardboard backings.
