Wedgwood Celadon Jasperware Tea Set
Item Details
A Wedgwood Jasperware tea set. Made in the early 1950s, this set is made of celadon jasperware with Grecian figures in white relief and features a high gloss finishes on the inside, making them food grade safe. All three pieces are marked “Wedgwood” and “Made in England.” The round teapot is a squat with a high handle and a shallow spout. The lid to the teapot has a hole in the top which allows steam to escape. The creamer, also round and squat, has a smaller version of the teapot’s handle and a shallow spout. The open sugar bowl, has a similar shape and design to the other pieces in the set.
