A Franklin Mint ‘The Millennia’ silver coin collection. The collection includes twenty .925 sterling silver coins presented in a dark tone wooden box. Each coin depicts a significant development for each of the 1st – 20th centuries on the obverse, and a depiction of Queen Elizabeth with the text ‘Cook Island’ and date ‘1997’ on the reverse. The weight of a single coin is 37.4 grams including the case, and the diameter is 38.1 mm with the case. Each coin has a face value of fifty dollars in Cook Islands currency.
