Vintage Chinese Jewelry Chest

Item Details

A vintage Chinese jewelry chest designed with a lift lid to the top which reveals divided compartments inside. To the front is a single drawer over a center cupboard which is flanked by three drawers and is over two small drawers which is over one drawer. Inside the cupboard are three drawers. The hardware has chased detailing but several pulls are missing. The chest has a black painted finish and is ornately hand decorated with gold foliate and landscape design and has three porcelain insets to the front.

Condition

- has chips to the painted finish, has several missing drawer pulls, key is not present.
